Winemaker Notes:

The Charthia Cellars Sauvignon Blanc has delightful aromas of White Peach, Honey Dew Melon and Pineapple with a note of Lychee. The pallet is bright and focuses with complex layers of Citrus, Lemon Zest and Tropical Fruits that give way to a lingering Mineral Finish.

Critic's Notes:

"An impressive Sauvignon Blanc with loads of honeysuckle and melon, the 2015 from Charthia was aged 85% in stainless steel and 15% in neutral French. It's a big Sauvignon Blanc, but has plenty of finesse and character."
